There is something about celebrities that we keep wanting to know more about their lives, away from the sets. Probably the glamour of all of it, or just the secrecy that makes it all the more thrilling. Yesterday morning, we woke up to the shocking news of Poonam Pandey passing away. As her management confirmed the news, the entertainment industry and her well-wishers mourned her death. However, this afternoon, the model-actor released a video on her social media announcing that she’s alive and hasn't died of cervical cancer. In the video, she said that her intent was to spread awareness about cervical cancer, a disease that has claimed numerous lives. Ranveer Allahbadia or Beer Biceps is a genre in himself, because there's no one word that can describe his content. This is not at all mockery. In fact, I respect him for being able to mint money out of just saying things. Now people will say that I'm hating on him because I'm jealous, and that people actually watch his content. A) I never hid that. He has money, I don't. Of course I'm jealous. B) There's an audience for everything, doesn't mean it's great content. In a recent podcast, he talked to the Zomato CEO, where a number of important points were raised. Some may argue that conspiracy theories are dangerous and fuel major reactions within easily triggered people. But, in my opinion, it's better to know about the possibility of something impacting your or other people's reality than to never even question what you're seeing in front of you. So, while I don't support violence and hate in the name of conspiracy theories, I don't think anyone should just sit back and accept what they can see with their eyes because not everything can be seen. Some things are true and exist but we may have yet to discover them. So, we've compiled a few of the biggest conspiracy theories regarding the wealthy of the world. 'Animal' is a film, and like all films or any piece of art, people are going to have opinions. However, the common reaction to criticism in this case is nullifying other people’s work and abilities. The film’s director does that often – question artists’ credibility because they said they didn’t like the film. So, after Konkona Sen Sharma talked about 'Animal', we almost want to see how the creators will retaliate this time. At this point, the other end is so unserious that it’s almost funny. #SWEditDesk @manyailawadi
