So, we also took an opportunity to ask around, seeking perspectives that soon translated into full-blown rants. At the end of the day, celebrities are people. They get angry, awkward and feel all the other human emotions that, well, humans are supposed to. This also means that they can lose their cool, or not remain so chill all the time. There have been a number of interviews where we witnessed this. At some places, it made sense for these celebrities to feel the anger. Other times, it may not have been justifiable. In any case, it happens, because it has happened. Uttarakhand’s Uniform Civil Code Bill proposed some changes in the recent state assembly session. Reportedly, it asks couples to register a live-in relationship within one month of the beginning of it. And you know what? I get it. Someone needs to take control of all our relationships, because the youth has forgotten how to do things these days. Also, Pyaar-vyaar is fine, but clearly love and all is getting out of hand. At this point, we do need laws telling us how to regulate our relationships. Even if that means registering them. The only thing is, I can already see technical difficulties entering the picture. Trust me, I’m just a neighborhood shubh-chintak. I have reason to say so: Click the link in the bio to read more. #SWEditDesk @manyailawadi

Right before she set off on her record-breaking Eras tour, reports of their separation emerged in the media. It's widely speculated among the fans that Swift's seventh studio album 'Lover' chronicles their relationship with songs like London Boy and Cornelia Street. I first saw a red light district in a movie. Adorned with lights, women in these places were shown in a stereotypical attire with conventional expressions and accents. However, as I grew older, films like 'Gangubai Kathiawadi' and 'Begum Jaan', changed this narrative that I was carrying in my mind, to a large extent. And then I visited a red light district myself: Amsterdam’s De Wallen Street, which is one of the oldest and biggest such zones in the world; and I must admit, it was unlike anything I had seen in any form of entertainment. It was buzzing with thousands of people, making the place very safe. That night made me realize that these neighborhoods have a history that is not shown or taught anywhere. Hence, we decided to do some research about the world’s oldest red-light areas and the stories behind them. Click the link in the bio to read more. #SWEditDesk @aaliyahjainx
