3. DMCA Takedown Notice Procedure
Filing a false DMCA claim may result in legal liability. Please ensure you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner before submitting a takedown notice.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our platform without authorization, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent. To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following information:
3.1 Required Information for Valid DMCA Notice
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including registration number if registered, or if multiple works are involved, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of infringing material: A description of the material that you claim is infringing and information sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our website (including specific URLs where the content appears).
- Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address where we can contact you.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Our Response to Valid DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice that complies with all legal requirements, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24 hours
- Promptly investigate the claimed infringement
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if the claim is valid
- Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) of the removal
- Document the takedown for our records and potential counter-notification purposes
- Provide you with confirmation once action has been taken
5. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed in error or misidentified in a DMCA takedown notice, you may file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
5.1 Required Information for Counter-Notification
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for your judicial district (or if outside the US, any judicial district in which we may be found)
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
5.2 Counter-Notification Process
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringement and will terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon the copyrights of others.
