BCIC has chosen Hunden Partners to study the potential of 31 undeveloped acres next to Brownsville Sports Park. Beginning this week, the study will explore options for residential, commercial, and recreational development in the area. The goal is to build on the park's success - which draws 1.2 million visitors yearly - and boost Brownsville's economy. Hunden will assess market demand, financial feasibility, and zoning regulations, while engaging with community stakeholders to inform BCIC's future plans for the area.
